Module
A – 30-day Full Moneyback Guarantee
When a customer
purchases a Module A directly from VideoText Interactive (VTI),
that customer may return the complete module A for a full
refund, if returned within 30 days of the initial
purchase. Additionally, VTI will pay for the return shipping of the
module A, under the following conditions and procedures:

The customer must
contact VTI’s Customer Service Department, indicating that
they wish to return Module A. The customer may reach us
either by email at
customercare@videotext.com or by phone at 800-254-3272 ext.

VTI will issue a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to the customer.

VTI will arrange
for the return of the module A, at VTI’s expense, by
mailing a UPS call-tag to the customer.

The customer must
write the RMA number on the UPS call-tag and drop
the package off at an authorized UPS store.
When the Module A is
received in our warehouse, the module will be examined to confirm
receipt of the binder, all three VHS videotapes, and the five Module
A booklets. The customer will be charged for any missing
materials.
All Other VideoText Complete Modules –
30-day Money-Back Guarantee (with restocking charge)
When a customer
purchases any of the modules B,C,D,E, or F, directly from VTI,
that customer may return those modules for a partial refund,
if returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. That
refund will be authorized under the following conditions and
procedures:

The customer must
contact VTI’s Customer Service Department, indicating that
they wish to return those modules. The customer may reach us
either by email at
customercare@videotext.com or by phone at 800-254-3272 ext.

VTI will issue a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to the customer.

At the
customer’s expense, the materials must be shipped back via
UPS, to VTI in the original packaging or, if not available,
securely packaged and insured.

The RMA number must
be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages
returned to VTI without the RMA number may be refused and
returned to sender.
When those modules
are received in our warehouse, they will be examined to confirm
receipt and the condition of all binders, all VHS videotapes, and
all booklets. The customer will be charged for any materials
that are missing, or deemed not suitable for resale. For those
materials considered acceptable, a 25% restocking fee will be
deducted from the original purchase amount. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.
All Other VideoText Materials
Materials other than
full modules (i.e. binders, tapes, booklets) are not refundable. |
